Had my Hub 4 replaced with a new Hub 4, now my connect app cannot find my new Hub, pods not working now, just pulsing white light, Had this problem when I first had the Hub, had to wait for update. yes I've reset, factory reset, unplugged....

It can take a few days for the backend database for the Connect app to catch up with new Hub installs.  It should work eventually,  Wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you.
