cant watch nowtv or anything else due to pixelated screen/buffering

I'm constantly getting buffering problems while watching nowtv and youtube etc. this has been happening for afew months now and seems to be getting worse. I have multiple device that this is happening on.
Ive recently brought a decent Asus router and put the Hub3 into modem mode thinking im having wireless problems but the problem remains.. also getting internet dropout daily.
Been trying to call virgin to no avail. could someone from virgin please look into this as im think of moving service providers due to the problems i am having and the recent price increase. I have been with virgin for as long as i can remember!
looking at network status network log i seem to be getting daily faults - notice, error, critical, warning very often
