cannot contact VM service centre

I have been try to conctact you for days and no luck after waiting for over 45min.

I have been having problem with the TV signal now for months, and cannot use the phone for some reason.

Now, i am at the end of the contract and want to leave, but cannot still go thorugh to anyone.

and as the telephone is not working i have to call you from my mobile, at a cost. Not happy at all.

Pleae help

Call it in on 150 (VM Phone) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone) and see what they say when they test the connection. Calling at 08.00 (Mon-Sat) or 09.00 (Sun) is the best time to get through quickly.

Follow options 1,1,4,4 and they will pick up quickly
