can't connect to Netflix/wifi dropping out

Is anyone else experiencing problems? My V box can't access Netflix and my wifi keeps dropping off/disconnecting.  I live in the Cardiff area. Any suggestions/solutions welcome.

What "V" box model is it ?
How are you connecting it to the Hub ?
What "error" message do you get when trying to connect the box to Netflix?
When the wifi disconnects - what happens on a device connecting on ethernet cable?
