As of around 12pm today my broadband has been out, checked the router status and internet is showing as access denied? Which also means my cable box no longer works either showing as service interrupted. No idea what's going on... Bill's been paid 😕
Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Phone 150 and report it as a fault. They can do a remote check of your line.
