Yellow Light on router hub3

Hello,

I've been having an intermitted internet connection for about 2 months now, I thought that it is time to upgrade but even after upgrading nothing has changed, I ran a diagnostic, factory reset the router but the yellow light is still there. Please cold someone help me, thanks.

What are your upstream and downstream levels?

I work for Virgin Media - but all opinions posted here are my own

If you navigate to 192.168.0.1 and click 'Status' You will have Downstream, Upstream etc this will show you your current levels.

Hi lliqnrs,

It's best to copy paste the stats into a couple of posts as screenshots are often rejected by the system due to having personal info such as your ip address.

From the Router Status page copy/paste 3 FULL sets of data onto here – from the Downstream, Upstream, & Network Logs pages. 

Don't worry if you see an error message when trying to post, just press post again and it should work.
