Yellow Light on Hub 3.0 (New install M500)

Hi,

Very strange issue I am having with the Hub 3.0. I have this yellow light on the front. Customer Services say I need an engineer. Engineer come out and said it was fine but replaced the heads on the cables. 

Internet is now worse then it was before. Apparently the yellow lights mean nothing but the website says a device is struggling to connect. All devices are fine.

My hub light is yellow too... its an odd issue.

Whats the issue your having?

Slow wifi, connect drops & generally just poor. 

Engineer come out and replaced the heads in the cabinet and on the termination box outside which has made it worse...
