Why do virgin media not call you back when agreed too. I have had multiple conversations and they promise to call back. Anyone else had this?
I hace been without internet services since August and they are not listening to the problems.
The teams do not forward you to the complaints team. Not sure why.
Their outsourced engineers came to fix an issue after 5 min smoke break they left without any changes.

They don't put you through to the complains team as when I tried they claimed the complaints team can't be reached by phone.
Its hard to impossible to actually raise a complaint.
