Working from home - telephone issues

Hi guys. Wondering if any of you can help me. I'm working from home and I remotely access my work pc from my home pc and all the telephone calls are routed through the internet to me.

My phone like keeps cutting out. Usually in the afternoon (around 3pm - 5pm) but today it's been all day.

I've tried everything with work and they come to the conclusion it's my internet. Does anyone have any idea on how I can stabilise my internet connection?

Thanks for your help - I appreciate it!

Paul

can you elaborate as to how they have come to that conclusion?

  • Not a clue mate. Our IT guy said they've done tests and as I'm the only person with an issue it must be my end.

Re: Working from home - telephone issues

would be handy to know what tests they have done and what the results of those tests were.
it might be "your end" but that doesn't necessarily equate to it being a virgin issue.

without knowing what method you use to connect to your work telephone system it's going to be impossible to offer any sort of advice.
