a month ago
some work men cut through the virgin cable newr the box on our street yesterday. All of the homesxwith virgin have no internet tv or phone. The area code is 20.
I have been told an engineer would come out on saturday! (It was wednesday i reported the fault)
Surly they can leave our whole street without anything for 3 days?

Can you post a photo or two so that the VM staff can get an idea of the scope of the job.
