Work secure VPN performance issues

Hi,

I'm currently having performance issues with my work secure VPN. When connected there is horrible lag and constant disconnections.

I had the same issue for some time earlier in the year, which seemed to be resolved after a router reboot. I've carried out a reboot this time and the issue remains.

Seems this is a common issue and that VM perhaps throttle secure VPNs. Can anyone confirm if this is the case? If yes, is there a process to get put on a whitelist?

Having "Child Safe" Enabled in the VM online account can block or degrade VPNs.

However VM does not throttle VPN traffic. 

Thanks for the info.  I've confirmed Child Safe is disabled.
