I have good broadband speeds but as soon as I switch on my work laptop everything drops completely, the work laptop stops anyone else connecting to the WiFi and speed falls off a cliff. Any thoughts? Work help desk have directed me to Virgin - hence asking the forum. Thank you for any assistance
I had experience with an Ministry of Justice secure network laptop that presented problems if it was allowed to connect to the home network during the boot stage. The workaround was to start the laptop not connected to the home network, get it fully booted to a stable desktop and only attach a network cable once ready to use the MoJ VPN.
