Morning more of a question than a whine I have a hub 4 1gig broadband and the Wi-Fi is woefully slow 40/50 down . Is this just normal for hub4 or is there an issue with the hub ? The only reason we even noticed is the eero psu packed up and everything switched to hub4 . Wired is fine Xbox is showing1130 down.
Just wondering if the hub is on its way out and do I need a change or not

40 to 50 Mb/s down is quite normal for any Wi-Fi device that has connected on the 2.4GHz band.

On eero it’s 450 down only hub4 painfully slow and that is on 5ghz or 2.4

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/
Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.
Do share the results.

Both results look like the wireless device's browser does not perform the Realspeed welll.
Do you have a laptop that can repeat the test in Chrome / Firefox / Edge ?

I suggest for your interest do both so you can see if there are any odd differences or aspects that failed to work as we saw above.
Be sure to network cable the laptop direct to the Hub ( i.e not via a Mesh node's network port )
