Recently had virgin connected after being with BT. Wired connection with TV works fine but wireless connection with devices drops out routinely in the morning and evening for a good 30 minutes minimum each time. Every day this happens.
Tried turning it off/on and resetting it. Hasnt fixed it. Takes an age to come back as well.
Any ideas?

Thanks for posting, welcome to the team and indeed the community 🙂 Sorry to hear of any wireless issues. Not the ideal start.
We've ran a system diagnostic and no issues are showing, no area issues and the levels are fine also.
If it's just via WiFi, please download and then use the Connect App to do a wireless scan in the property. This will check and identify any coverage issues within the property, optimise if possible and if a Pod is needed, prompt you to order.
