Right - so the TP-Link is a powerline product, not a router.
In that case the speeds you are getting are to be expected from powerline adaptors as they rely on good quality electrical wiring, being on the same ring main etc.
You would have been better off investing in a mesh system or better router to extend coverage rather than powerline plugs - which are always hit and miss.
