Will VM be able to move my router to a first floor location?

My VM router is currently downstairs in the living room connected via the front of the house. I want to move the router to the office on the first floor, also at the front of the house. I've seen some posts saying that VM will move a router for £25, but I wondered if that included if you wanted to put it at a level higher than ground floor? Thanks.

They will go to first floor height usually without issue.  They wont go on any flat roofs to do it though.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
