Wifi

I payed my Wi-Fi this morning and it’s normal takes like a couple of hours to go back on but it’s not went back on at all can some one help me please

Is your broadband working - for wired connections?

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!

Hey Kayleigh446, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of this issue with reconnecting your services after making a payment.

Reconnection after a service restriction (e.g. due to non-payment) normally takes up to 3-4 hours to complete and your service should get back on by that time.

Can you please give us an update on how the service looks now and if you still need our help?
