Hi, I have problems with my WiFi going slow and my sonos devices cutting out. I have checked all connections and all is fine. Have also ran the usual tests from the app/website. All I am getting is we’re detecting an intermittent issue and we’re trying to sort this out for you. I was told this was an issue with the app but something is causing a problem. I have also done a port configuration test through my tv which says failed and comes up with different codes.
