Anyone know what is going on with Virgin broadband signal at the moment? Was down yesterday and still down today.

Hi Davidmehhh,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some connection issues.

I've had a look at things from our side, and it looks like there is an area SNR issue. It's due to be resolved later this evening, if you're still having problems from tomorrow please let us know.

Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061. 

Current VM broadband only customer. Previously with NTL, Virgin Net, Cabletel, Cable Online. Patiently looking forward to a FTTP choice in my area.
Volt M250 with a Hub 3 in modem mode using an Asus RT-AC86U router. Landline via Sipgate. TV via Freeview and smart TV apps.

appears there is no issues in my area, So I will have to keep searching for answer.
