Wifi signal issues - Can't get through to customer support

Hi There, 

Last two nights I have spent nearly an hour on hold trying to get through to a support contact. 

Our Wifi intermitently drops out or says it has good strength but you can't even load the app store to download the Virgin Media Connect App and do a signal test. 

Due to new advise from the government I need to try working from home were possible. However due to Virgin Media poor signal and service this is almost made impossible.

Can anyone suggest any way to get in contact with a member of there support team?

HI shawcasey009. Thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear about the issues which you are having with us and the delayed reply.

 

Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this? Can you try a pin hole reset to see if anything changes? Can you also do a speedtest via a wired connection and see if you are getting the same issues over wireless?
