Wifi ports

Hi, I have security cameras and my engineer says i need 4 of my wifi ports switched back on to enable the cameras to be viewed on my phone via an app. I have tried calling twice but cant get anyone to understand what i want or to help me. I currently cant view my cameras on my phone which i used to be able to do. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: Wifi ports

not understanding your comment or that of your engineers - was that a VM engineer or a camera one - wifi is working if its on in the hub settings - so you need to add more detail of the problem

Re: Wifi ports

I suspect that the OP wants access to her CCTV via the internet. If so port forwarding may be needed and I would have expected the installer to have done this.
