Please can anyone tell me how to order wifi pods? Virgin media connect app tels me that I need wifi pods but it doesn't give me option to order them.

Yes @pellucid05 I'm in the same position. Hopefully somebody from Virgin can help. Live chat and phone number useless in helping so far.

I phoned on Sunday, got through in minutes.

Spent even longer minutes answering script questions but eventually the call handler realised I couldn't do a WiFi speed test upstairs as there was no WiFi.

Pod ordered and delivered Wednesday.

0345 454 1111 is the number I used.
