Can somebody please help me. I'm having issues with receiving WiFi around my house l have been told I have blackspots and after numerous technicians stating only solution is wifi pods which there is a charge. But now that my account has gone over to Volt O2 and I'm eligible for them for free I suddenly can not be validated for them even though prior to it coming at a cost I was!

The official route is to use the Connect app and scan all the rooms in your house.  Once done, if the app has identified a need, it should allow you to order Pods.  If you can't get the app to work, just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.

I have tried scanning the rooms which have the issue but there is no WiFi connection to scan goes to mobile data. Connect to WiFi message keeps popping up.

Hey sab3,, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are having some issues with trying to order a pod.

The best way to get a pod order is download the Virgin Connect app, from here do a scan.

If the scan picks up that you need a pod it will allow you to order some.

However they can be chargeable depending what package you on.

They are free on Volt, 1GB or Oomph bundles.

Please let me know how you get on. Thanks
