Hello 

everyone else is getting the same problem

new hub 5, and my wifi pods won’t connect or be found.

help with ‘provisioning’ pods to new hub please? 
I have phoned tech support but no call back.

Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub/{od serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.

Also it can take several days for the App backend to catch up with new Hub installs, so just be patient

I've got the same problem,  vm are sending new pod in the next14 days.
