Had new hub yesterday. Linked up all the TiVo boxes but the wifi pods (white hexagon type) will not connect. Spent an hour on the phone last night and just tried chatting to someone on line and I keep getting fobbed off. I've checked on this forum and it seems to be a common issue that I cant fix from here. Any ideas where I can get some actual help?
I have the same problem. Just installed New Hub 5 and two hexagon pods (that were connected to the old hub 3) are just flashing blue/green/white on a cycle.
I believe they need to be reconfigured at Virgins end by their technicians.
Hopefully one of the team will get back to us to fix this.
I just messaged a member of the forum team on here (who I was previously in contact with) and they reset the pods and sorted it out from their end within minutes so hopefully a forum team member will get you sorted (if they haven’t already)
