I have recently got the Volt benefit which improved my broadband speed, however, I am having issues with the wifi coverage.
I live in a townhouse with my router being set up on the middle floor, where the connection is very good but that is not the case on the first floor, where my office is and the third floor in the master bedroom.
I’ve done a number of tests with the wifi connect app and I keep getting results in the 16-21Mbit range on those two floors. I have a smart TV in the master and it keeps losing its connection… Today I had an embarrassing moment during a work presentation as the connection was bad and I had to keep repeating myself and in the end had to stop my video.
Regardless of the bad results the connect app never gives me an option to request a wifi pod. I have also tried the 0800 number but was waiting for ages and gave up. Is there a simple hassle free way to get such a pod? Or actually two for both floors where I have issues. I have read that there is a wifi guarantee but the process seems overly complicated…
Please can someone help me?
