Hi
I have the Gig1 Volt package. Using the VM Connect app and running repeated scans the wifi download speed in one room varies throughout the day between non-existent (when the app can't scan at all) and 67 Mbps. The rest of the house has strong wifi signal. I've obtained a scan result today showing download 24 and upload 23 Mbps, which entitles me to order a pod, I believe.
Please can I be contacted to process an order as the app doesn't do this automatically - it describes the speeds as "great" but I believe this is out of step with the current speed guarantee.

As you already know the official Pod route is the Connect app. If this is not working, wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.
