Wifi pod not received

I recently moved house and the engineer that did my installation told me that I would need at least two pods (I can have up to three for free on my plan) for my house to get better speeds in certain areas. After endless phone calls where I was told I wasn’t eligible for any at all, I spoke to someone on the messaging system who told me they had been ordered and that they would be delivered in 3-5 days. This was on 6th June. It has been two weeks since then and I’ve heard nothing and received nothing. How am I supposed to get them?! 
Every time I’ve called they just say that it’s not letting them order them for me, despite using the app and running the test that told me they were needed too.
