Hi i have plugged in my WiFi pod and waited 24 hrs but it is not detected on virginmedia connect app so cannot run health check etc. I tried a different location and still not recognised. Any ideas, or am i better off cancelling it and just increasing speed drom 250 to 350 see if that helps?

Increasing your speed won't increase the range of your WiFi.

Thanks, any idea why virginconnect won't show info or do health check on it?

Hi Ribbityeah,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble running a home scan with your WiFi Pod. As long as there is no light on the pod, this means it is connected and working as it should be.
It can take up to 5 days for it to appear on the Connect App.
If you wait this long and the pod still doesn't show, please try refreshing things to see if this helps.
Keep us posted on how things go.
Thanks,

Hi Ribbityeah, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums.
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the WIFI pod, can you confirm if this is still an issue since posting?
Can you check the trouble shooting guide here
Please let us know how it goes?

Hi @Ribbityeah thanks for your reply here.
So in answer to your earlier question, we would advise it's generally best to leave the WiFi Pod plugged in all the time, rather than turning it off and on whenever you need to use this.
Also regarding the Pod itself, are there any lights showing on the Pod?
Additionally, can you try connecting to the Pod via ethernet cable (there should be a port in the Pod), to see if the device itself then recognises the ethernet connection?
Please let us know because if it does, the Pod will definitely be working.
Many thanks
