I received wifi pods i have moved them to several locations the light just keeps flashing. It wont connect ive restarted the hub still not working

Sounds like you will need VM to pair the Pods to your Hub. Phone in or wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up.

You could try the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
