Wifi pod flashing white light

Hello, my wifi pod is not working anymore. Keeps flashing a white light. Doesn't matter where I plug it, near or far from the router. It has been flashing for days. It has been working great before, and nothing in the house has changed recently.

Have you previously ran our checks for your Pod on our Connect App or here to see if there's a fault and needs fixing or replacing?
