Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Hi all, 

I noticed for the first time today that the usual virgin media WiFi network isn't there on the tube.

Is this being phased out?

If you're signing up for a Volt package you would be sent a O2 SIM as it is part of the package, more details can be found here 🙂

We are in the process of migrating all Virgin mobile customers to O2 but as this is a phased roll out we wouldn't be able to tell you when a Virgin Mobile SIM card would be migrated if you had one.

So how do you get WIFI underground i have the Volt package with the o2 sim but not sure how you get underground tube wifi? is there a setting or page i need to go onto on o2 website?
