I've seen quite a lot similar questions.. But just during last few weeks my connection drops out about 10 times a day. I've tried reconnect the cable, reboot and reset the hub but none of these work, there's no issues showed on service status page. I also tried to phone the customer service but they told me currently no issues are noticed and asked me to call them back when I am experiencing issues. However, those drop outs only last few minutes when they pick my call up the issue has gone but it still there. Any ideas what should I do?
