I got a hub3 recently and have been having broadband issues off late. I am not sure what was upgraded from hub 2 to hub 3 as the wifi range is poor and so is the speed. The connection keeps dropping couple of times a day. I did a speed test and found that I am getting < 2 MBPS.
I have also setup the BQM. Have tried calling virgin media but no one bothers to answer the phone.
