Wifi extender

Hello,

We've just bought a wifi pack but the connection does not reach some rooms in our flat.

Should we buy an extender or a booster?

Thanks and regards,

Kate

Wi-Fi Repeaters like an RE450 / AC1750 can help. Note their placement is critical, they need to be mid way from the Hub to the rooms to be covered.

Buy from Amazon / Argos etc places where you can return if it does not work out as expected.

Hi @Kate121,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some Wi-Fi connection related issues. To clarify, when you say "WiFi Pack" are you referring to third party equipment, or are you talking about Pods you've purchased from us?

Thanks,

Look at a TP-Link Deco Mesh system - it should cure any wifi woes.
