Wifi dropping out / coming back on every few minutes

Hi all,

I have really poor wifi at the moment, affecting all devices. It's got to the stage now where I can hardly watch / do anything. I have checked my logs and have got quite a few critical errors.

Are these normal errors or should I contact VM?

I have been able to look into your account and can see no errors that would be causing the issues that you're having.

 

How has your connection been since you posted your last message, has there been any improvement at all or any other changes to your services?

Still shockingly bad on all connections / devices. We have got used to poor connectivity / drop outs so will wait until the contract is up and try another provider.
