Wifi dropping connection all the time

I'm having a lot of problems with my wifi dropping out all the time.
I've tried a few suggestions including disabling 5g and just using 2.4 but It's still dropping out.
My Hub 3 is 4 feet away from my laptop (using wifi) and my phone similar.
Wired connections to my desktop computer seems ok, playing games and downloading ok.
My tv in the same room also looses connection and certain channels are very pixilated.
I've tightened all cable connections to hub, splitter and wall even bought new cable with no change.

Your down power levels are all too low and below the recommended minimum of -6dBmv

Will need a Tech visit to adjust them - try calling in first

I have the same problem and have done for weeks,  getting worse . Don't even start me on my mobile signal either . 

I have tried contacting virgin about my broadband ans WiFi but they just tell me the same thing all the time " no issues on their test " yet while I sit here I have no connection on Netflix,  prime via TV or virgin . My son is tamping because he cannot get on line . I think its time to know virgin on head after 17 years as its just getting worse.. paying monthly for a service that does not work
