Wifi cutting out intermittently

Hello,

For the past 2 months my WiFi has been cutting off for no reason ranging from 30 sec to 5-10 mins. Nothing on the front of the unit indicates a problem and all devices will cut out at the same time. I have tried all forms of contact and got no help and had the phone disconnected by the call centre several times. I also do not have the time to be on hold for 2 hours waiting to get help. Can anyone help me with this issue.

All wireless device 

Netflix on virgin app does not seem effected (wired connection)

Look at optimising your Wi-Fi then.

Split the bands, try less congested channels etc.

Login to the hubs admin page and go to the wireless page then wireless signal

Exactly what happens to me Jason. It's been happening for ages and no one from Virgin will help. This number 07533051809 is a waste of time too. I've texted them 3 times and heard nothing.
