Hi there,
I'm having trouble with my WiFi constantly disconnecting throughout the day and has been happening daily for months now, I have tried everything that the help page has told me to do and still nothing. And to make things worse I cannot get hold of anyone at virgin, the online chat does not work and evertime I phone I get an automated message asking me to make a payment.
This is all becoming very frustrating for me now so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do the lights on the Hub do when you disconnect? Do wired connections drop at the same time? Is it all wifi devices or just one? Which Hub do you have? When did you last reboot the Hub?

I have a hub 4 and when it disconnects everything drops out whether it be wired or not, the lights on the hub usually keep flashing with a white light when it drops but sometimes flashes in blue or yellow. I also rebooted the hub this morning but it did not seem to work.
