we cannot connect tv to internet via wired signal, the connections are all correct.
we have a powerline homeplug and a virgin media router located in a different room.
the signal from the router is low (don't understand why)it should be five bars is two.
Think the problem is to do with syncing the two devices.....have tried resyncing but no improvement.
could it be a fault on the homeplug?

Factory reset the PLA and resynch from the beginning.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV connecting to your network and for the late response to your post.
Have you been able to resolve this issue since you posted, did the advice from @MikeRobbo help you get the problem resolved?
