My laptop connects fine to my booster in my office both with wired and WiFi but if I take the laptop to the lounge and connect its still connecting to the booster over the hub giving a poor signal. It won't connect to the main hub which is right next to me. If I turn off the booster it still won't find the hub. How can I resolve this?
Rename the wifi networks to something different so you can force it to connect to the booster/hub.
Devices choose themselves which is the strongest signal to connect to.
