Best advice is to call CS at 08.00 in the morning for best chance of getting through quickly - its been said that you have to ask for the tech team as they are the only ones who know about this "new deal" on the pods.
Whether they work or not - no idea - I have never used one - I have my own better quality equipment to provide wifi coverage across my house
