Hi I’ve recently joined virgin. The WiFi in one of my bedrooms is really poor. I have used the VM connect app which shows the WiFi is 22 mbps whereas in the other rooms it’s around 137
the connect app won’t allow me to order a booster as it’s saying the connection is good. However I know that it’s not as it’s very slow and keeps turning off.
please could you tell me how I can order a booster

I had the same. I had to call Virgin media to arrange pods to be sent out.

The official route is to use the VM Connect app to scan your Property and order Pods. If this is not working, please wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.

HI Salina123, thanks for the message, the pod is £8.00 per month or free with the Volt package. Can you confirm if you still need the booster and are happy with the charge and we will be able to get this added for you. - Chris.
