Wifi booster

Hi i have just got a wif booster and plugged it in and left it for 30 minutes to do a update but the light has not stopped flashing i have tryed the rest button and left it again but the light is still flashing please help

Do you mean the VM Pod (they dont supply boosters anymore).

Did VM supply it directly to you ? If so call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you may need the Hub serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers and also your account number

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
