Wifi Pods not working

Hi, today I received my new Hub4 now that I have upgraded to 1gb broadband. It's great, but the wifi pods I was using before with my previous hub no longer seem to work.

Is this due to them not being compatible with the new hub? If so, what can I do about it, or is it just a case of getting replacements sent out to me?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Wifi Pods not working

If only it was plug and play!

New hub pods need relinking to it but you can't do that by yourself because that would be too easy so VM have too.

Re: Wifi Pods not working

Thanks for the reply mate 🙂

If only eh? I had a feeling this might have been the case. Looks like I'll have to contact them on Monday.

Thanks again - much appreciated! 👍

Re: Wifi Pods not working

the hubs are no good in router mode

the pods are a mockery to make money

put the hub in modem mode
Ide advise to buy a decent mesh setup if you need wifi coverage

Pods need to be paired with the Hub.

Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.

Hi @GrahamB2

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

Having a quick look I can see you've spoken to our activation team and everything seems to be paired and all working.

Do you require any further assistance regarding this?
