Wifi Pods not ordered

Hi I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I recently contacted the VM team via WhatsApp to try and fix my wifi issues and was told they would order me a wifi pod to help with it but I've never received any confirmation to say that they have been ordered

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear you've not received your WiFi Pod. I've checked out system and can not seen an open work order. 

Can I ask you to run a scan via our Connect App? If any coverage blackspots are found, you will be prompted to order a WiFi Pod.

Let us know how you get on so we can offer further support if required.

Hi there. I've already been through this with the support on WhatsApp. I couldn't get the app to work, they then offered another website "Samknows" which didn't work either. They eventually sent me to a site called "Speedtest" and that worked.

Just wanted to ask if you are still needing the Pods?

If so I can get then ordered for you.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
