Hi, I need help with my WiFi pod order. Order placed 26th September, confirmation received same day. Pod not come yet. Virgin community support says should come within 3 days of ordering. So I contacted Virgin again on 12th October, told a new Pod would be ordered and I would have it in 3 days and that I would get a text or email to confirm. To date I have had no confirmation and it has not been delivered. How do I get my Pod?!
