Wifi Pod No Longer Working Removed from Account

Hello all,

Was hoping to get some advice around my Wifi pod. It's been removed from my account (not sure why I'm on volt 1gig) can I reactivated it to my account? I've tried the phone number in the stickied post but they seemed unable/unwilling to help.

If not how can I order without using the connect app, hilariously when I try to run from my office it disconnects from the wifi and gives me an error message and if I go closer to the hub it's 'fine'.

Any help appreciated,
