I recently upgraded my phone to IOS 14. I am getting a weak security notice and my WiFi keeps dropping out. I searched and found instructions to type in 192.168.0.1 on my browser. I did this. The next instruction on Virgin site told me to type in my admin name. It does not ask me for this. I get a screen to select my language and then a screen asking for my WiFi password. A few weeks ago I downloaded the Virgin Connect app and changed my password. When I type in this password, it is not recognised. I tried holding the reset button and leaving it for a while then trying again. This has not helped. What can I do now?
