I'm working at home at the moment and my Virgin Broadband has been acting up either with random dropouts or low Wi-Fi speeds. I've taken screenshots of my upstream/downstream levels if anyone can help me figure out what's causing the problems.
Looking at your stats straight away I can see two issues, first some of your downstream power levels are above what they should be, and secondly you upstream power levels are right on the MAX, this needs a VM forum staff member to have a look at the backend.
I have escalated this to them to have a look.
